No credit card information is ever stored on our system, in fact the credit card companies will only allow us to see the last 4 digits of your credit card, to help prevent fraud. Most in-stock orders ship the same day. However, some orders will ship next business day especially if placed late in the afternoon. You will be promptly notified if your order happens to be out-of-stock. Most out-of-stock orders ship within two weeks. A time estimate will be given for out-of-stock orders and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time before shipment. We do not charge your credit card for out-of-stock orders until the item is shipped. Items are typically shipped UPS ground for non-expedited domestic orders. However, we may substitute DHL, FedEx, or USPS delivery services at our discretion.  Items are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays. Overnight and two day delivery options exclude Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays.

Cosmeaux.com accepts returns for 30 days after shipment. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Defective products are returnable for 30 days without restocking fees.

If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

-Return in original packaging

-Enclose a brief letter of explanation
- Merchandise returned for exchange- will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

-Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.
-All returns must be prepaid;
No COD’s accepted

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) through our website to receive instructions for returning the package. A RMA number will be issued with instructions for returning the package within five business days. Please note that RMA numbers will not be issued via telephone. All returns without a RMA number or sent COD will be refused. All packaging materials and parts must be included for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns with missing parts. Products damaged by the customer during installation will be refused altogether. Scopes that have been mounted in rings are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within 7 days.
