If you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased from Cosmeaux.com we will refund your money. Return any new or unused product within 7 days of your date of delivery and you will be issued a refund. Shipping charges and special orders will not be covered.

Warranties are through the manufacturer only and no warranties are expressed or implied by Cosmeaux.com. Refunds, exchanges or returns are not offered on used products (a scope that has been in rings is considered a used product). All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in original unopened packaging, including manuals.

We do not maintain or sell email lists. We ship U.P.S.  ground delivery in most cases and  you can expect a delivery within 3 to 5 business days unless another shipping method is desired, such as U.P.S. or FedEx air delivery. In cases where the item is priced over $100.00 there will be an adult signature required for delivery.  This protects you and us. We ship to billing addresses only, no separate billing and shipping addresses.
